Job summary

Moderna is seeking a winter/spring Co‑Op in Norwood, MA from January 18, 2027 to June 25, 2027. This onsite role on the DNA Specialist team supports documentation workflows in a regulated, GxP manufacturing environment.

You will learn documentation creation, updates, governance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Engineering, MSAT, and Training teams to strengthen safety, quality, and operational performance at the Norwood site.

Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and connect results to process understanding.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce well-organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support documentation lifecycle management in a regulated environment, including creation, revision, review, approval, issuance, and archival.
• Assist with documentation updates impacting DNA manufacturing, such as SOPs, work instructions, job aids, batch record-related documents, forms and templates, and training materials.
• Support the team in ensuring documentation is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned to current processes and quality expectations.
