Qualifications

• Experience interpreting state statutes, regulations and federal laws for license and sanctions.
• Ability to work with DMV license systems and adapt to software updates.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply state and federal laws, regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to license sanctions and driver history analysis.
• Handle inquiries concerning license suspensions by phone or correspondence and transfer knowledge to others.
• Learn and utilize DMV systems and procedures related to base license and CDL sanctions.
