Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Superintendent for a well-established commercial general contractor serving interior renovations, SCIF, industrial, retail, and base building projects across the DMV. The role offers strong project ownership, exposure to diverse project types, and bonus potential.

You will lead site work, coordinate teams, enforce safety, and drive project execution across multiple sites in the DMV region, with regular travel to Manassas, VA for weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience in superintendent or field leadership roles.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong scheduling, site coordination, safety, and quality control knowledge.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain productive jobsite relationships.
• Familiarity with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel to maintain schedules.
• Enforce safety standards and quality controls across all phases.
• Manage daily site operations, logistics, and workforce planning.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget per contract documents.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to drive success.
