Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on industrial and commercial projects in Wisconsin. You will lead subcontractors, vendors and field personnel to maintain schedule, quality and safety, while coordinating with PMs, architects and engineers on complex builds.

The role offers autonomy, visibility, and a culture with low bureaucracy, reflecting a family-like atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with Superintendent or Lead Superintendent experience preferred.
• Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on active construction sites.
• Ability to confidently read and interpret drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to command a jobsite while building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Lead subcontractors, vendors and field personnel while maintaining schedule, quality and safety expectations.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners and trade partners.
• Build and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they become problems.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction documents to ensure work is being executed correctly.
• Maintain a strong jobsite culture focused on safety, accountability, quality and teamwork.
