The DMV Customer Contact Center is a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment responding to inquiries via telephone as well as email. The selected candidate will provide assistance to customers with resolving complex and/or unresolved situations by using automated voice processing equipment, provide comprehensive and detailed information, as well as preparing necessary reports. This position follows best practices in accordance with NC DMV rules and regulations and the Privacy Protection Act.
