Qualifications

• CSR 1 - Learn ADOT and MVD rules, regulations, processes and procedures.
• CSR 2 - Learn ARS Title 28, AZ Administrative Code, policy; basics of computer software, project management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen and transfer inbound calls and emails; perform general admin duties; prepare and modify documents and reports; distribute minutes.
• Respond to inquiries from government agencies, private entities and the public on statutory requirements using databases and systems.
• CSR 1-3 - Review and evaluate documentation for completeness; create electronic records; research and interpret policies when resolving questions.
