Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to grow its HVAC and Plumbing Service Division across the DMV market, developing new relationships, expanding accounts, and driving revenue through maintenance agreements, service, repairs, and installations.

This consultative sales role requires knowledge of commercial mechanical systems, ability to scope pricing, prepare proposals, and close business. Competitive base pay plus commission, with benefits and company-provided tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Commercial HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Facility Services Sales experience.
• Experience developing, bidding, and selling Preventative Maintenance/Service Agreements.
• Ability to identify and scope Commercial repair, replacement, and installation opportunities.
• Experience preparing Estimates, Proposals, and Pricing for Customers.
• Proven ability to develop New Business while growing existing Customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Grow the HVAC and Plumbing Service Division across the DMV market.
• Develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Generate revenue through Preventative Maintenance Agreements, Service and Repair opportunities, Equipment Replacements, and Installation projects.
• Close business with consultative sales approach and accurate scoping/pricing.
