Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding service to both internal and external members.
• Performs all platform teller functions including cash deposits and withdrawals, check deposits and withdrawals, and record night/mail deposits.
• Resolves member requests and questions promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Proactively selling Nutmeg products and services that benefit the member.
• Reviews and examines applications and supporting documents for operator licenses.
• Issues motor vehicle operator licenses containing photograph of applicant.
• Collects required fees, verifies, and validates applications and supporting documentation.
