Centreville Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Connecticut to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure service excellence. The role involves developing customer relationships, mentoring staff, and maintaining branch operations in line with bank standards.

You will oversee daily workflows, support cross-selling opportunities, and maintain compliance with regulations while delivering a superior customer experience across all banking products.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience, sales and service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and project the vision and image of Centreville Bank.
• Extensive knowledge of current banking environment procedures and regulations.
• Ability to coach, manage staff and lead sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in opening accounts and initiate needs-based cross selling.
• Prepare loan applications for consumer lending (personal, auto, equity) and follow through to closing.
• Refer customers to mortgage, commercial lending, merchant services and online channel needs.
• Manage daily sales operations and ensure accuracy of branch processes.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain staffing coverage.
