This is a senior technical leadership role with broad architectural ownership. You will define end‑to‑end DRAM system architectures, guide long‑term technology direction, and partner with customers and executive leaders to bring innovative ideas into scalable products. You’ll also employ AI to improve design productivity and decision‑making across the stack.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or PhD in a related technical field
  • Recognized technical leadership across multiple products or teams
  • Experience engaging tier‑1 customers and ecosystem partners
  • History of architectural innovations adopted into production
