Job summary

World Vision International is seeking a DMEAL Adviser for the Pacific region. The role provides strategic and technical MEAL support to Pacific Field Offices, strengthening data use, program quality, and evidence-based decision making.

The adviser will lead capacity building, support grant MEAL activities, and coordinate with regional partners to ensure quality reporting and learning across SAPO and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation at national or large program level.
• Ability to facilitate working groups, communities of practice or similar learning mechanisms.
• Proven ability to report and communicate results in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with program quality, MEAL standards and donor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical DMEAL support and capacity strengthening to Pacific Field Offices.
• Support grant DMEAL across SAPO, including non-Pacific Field Offices.
• Strengthen data quality and use evidence for decision making.
• Lead MEAL system development and learning across regional offices.
