Job summary

ECHO INC. is seeking a Global Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Coordinator. The role supports MEAL system development, data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Based in the United States, the coordinator collaborates with regional centers, mentors teams, and contributes to dashboards and storytelling of change. A bachelor’s degree and NGO MEAL experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical MEAL knowledge including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English; cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience with data protection and safeguarding practices.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Global MEAL Lead to improve MEAL practices.
• Support Regional Impact Centers with MEAL planning and tool development.
• Document results, lessons, and stories of change for reports.
• Engage in outcome harvesting and mapping for learning.
• Facilitate regular reflection on M&E findings with teams.
