World Vision International in MEER region seeks a Regional Safeguarding and Protection Advisor to empower field offices to implement safeguarding and GEDSI policies and deliver safe, ethical programmes per international humanitarian standards.

You will lead regional safeguarding and GEDSI initiatives, build staff and partner capacity, promote survivor-centered approaches, and coordinate resources, risk management and incident response across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Direct programming or management experience in child protection, PSEA, GBV or safeguarding is required.
• Experience supervising child protection, PSEA, GBV or safeguarding work is required (2+ years).
• Understanding of donors and INGO GEDSI frameworks and programming is needed.
• Excellent project management, partnering and communications skills are essential.
• Strong relationship building and network capacity with a proactive, servant leadership approach is expected.
• Five years of direct programming or management experience in gender and protection across an international NGO is preferred.
• Experience leading GESI analysis and GESI-related monitoring and evaluation activities.
