Job summary

Corner Home Medical seeks a skilled Repair Technician Lead to supervise repair operations for patient-owned and company-owned durable medical equipment. You will report to the Purchasing & Warehouse Area Manager and guide repairs at the New Hope location while supporting CHM distribution centers.

The role requires leadership, strong mechanical aptitude, and customer-service excellence to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years repairing and maintaining equipment experience.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities required.
• Proficient with CRM or inventory systems; able to track repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day repair operations for patient-owned and company-owned equipment.
• Coordinate repair activities at New Hope; support other CHM locations.
• Perform repairs and maintain rental and internal equipment.
• Serve as technical resource for oxygen equipment, lift chairs, mobility products.
• Prioritize repairs using FIFO; communicate estimates and approvals with customers.
• Manage repair email queue and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory control.
• Document repair activity and customer communications in CRM.
• Coordinate return/delivery of repaired equipment with Distribution teams.
• Support training, safety, and process improvement initiatives.
