Qualifications

• Experience with DME or medical customer service is preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, routing, and fulfillment of orders from patients and facilities.
• Answering phones and researching insurance guidelines.
• Accurate data entry into the EMR system.
• Pulling DME/Kits/SIC from inventory and dispensing in person.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication under deadlines.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality.
