Responsibilities

• Assist with prior authorizations, insurance verification, and patient entry in Brightree.
• Maintain patient contact information and insurance records.
• Conduct chart audits and follow up on missing paperwork.
• Coordinate supplies for pulse-ox and oxygen patients.
• Receive, organize, and stock inventory.
• Clean equipment and perform routine equipment checks after training.
• Coordinate company vehicle maintenance.
• Drop off and pick up oxygen tanks.
