Job summary

Ozarks Healthcare is seeking a dedicated individual to deliver and set up DME equipment. You will train patients on proper use, maintain equipment, and handle emergencies with care.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and documentation, following FDA transfilling procedures, keeping the van organized, and supporting on-call rotations. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment and sets it up in a timely manner
• Maintains knowledge of equipment and its functions
• Instructs patients on equipment use clearly and promptly
• Prioritizes emergencies and handles crises effectively
• Adheres to infection control, cleaning, maintenance and sterilization procedures
• Completes paperwork and documentation accurately
• Performs FDA transfilling procedures as required
• Maintains van and organizes equipment
• Ensures oxygen standards and regulations are followed
• Participates in on-call rotation as scheduled

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Must have a clean background check (No Priors)

Must require organizational skills

Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to drive at night

Must pass as needed/random drug screen

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., to push 450 lbs. of medical equipment (on wheels) up ramps, to load/unload equipment onto trucks daily, to stand/kneel/squat for extended periods of time during equipment processing

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
