Job summary

DME Service Solutions is seeking an Offshore CSR for intake, AR billing, and verification roles within the U.S. DME and respiratory care sectors. You will support patients, providers, referrals, and payers through intake, authorization, billing, and collections activities.

Responsibilities include processing referrals, verifying eligibility, coordinating authorizations, posting payments, and resolving denials while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle or related experience.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, patient support, or call center.
• Strong understanding of insurance concepts: eligibility, benefits, and claims.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Typing speed ~35 WPM with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake, verification, authorization, and referral processing.
• Verify benefits, eligibility, coverage, and patient financial responsibility.
• Process, review, and correct insurance claims and postings.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and billing profiles.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and payer portals.
