• Ability to review LCD guidelines and ensure documentation compliance.
• Proficient in AR management, denial handling, and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR tasks, research balances, and resolve delinquencies.
• Review denials reports and manage write-offs as needed.
• Handle escalations in RCM intake and billing-related issues.
• Review Medicare appeals prepared by the billing company for accuracy.
• Outreach to patients to resolve billing or order issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle processes.
