Responsibilities

• Check patient insurance benefits prior to DME delivery.
• Dispense items from inventory to maintain stock levels.
• Assist with fitting items when necessary.
• Schedule patients using Greenway and Microsoft Outlook.
• Answer phones and transfer calls as needed.
