Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. is hiring a Healthcare Biller/Coder in Florida to join our in-home care team. You will process outpatient claims, review ICD-10-CM/CPT/HCPCS codes, and ensure timely resubmission of denied claims.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2–3 years of home care billing experience, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

• HS diploma or GED obtained.
• 2-3 years of healthcare billing and coding experience in home care preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with EMR/EHR systems.

What Will You Be Doing

The incumbent is responsible for reviewing patient account open balances, assign/review ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS code to outpatient medical records and resubmit the claim for incorrect denials.

What Will You Come With

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of healthcare billing and coding support experience within Home Care Services preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Medical Biller/Coder certification highly desired
