Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional specializing in Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within Core Supply Chain. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you’ll lead SAP & DMC initiatives, translate business needs into technical specs, and collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver optimized solutions.

You will guide workshops, oversee offshore/onshore teams, and ensure high‑quality SAP project outcomes while traveling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–6 years in SAP manufacturing business area.
• At least 3 years working with SAP ERP/S/4HANA in Production Planning (PP) and Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Experience leading teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
• Travel availability 40–60% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery within the DMC framework.
• Gather requirements, design, blueprint, test, and document SAP solutions.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams and client communications.
• Develop workshops and advise on S/4 HANA best practices for clients’ SAP environments.
• Build client relationships and oversee project milestones and risks.
