Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system architectures.

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will lead workstreams, run workshops, manage a hybrid team, and travel 40-60% to meet client needs, delivering high-quality SAP

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience within the SAP manufacturing business area.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) space specializing in Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• A proven track record of leading teams to deliver project outcomes within critical deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project‑based team members in the manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry‑specific production, quality management, and technology functions.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high‑quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
