Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and designing scalable SAP solutions.

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will lead workstreams, drive workshops, and guide both onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years with SAP ERP/S/4HANA in Production Planning.
• Experience leading teams and delivering projects on schedule.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status.
• Lead client sessions from planning through closure.
• Design workshops and recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel.
