Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join the Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and design system architecture solutions.

You will lead workshops, manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team, and deliver high‑quality SAP projects while traveling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree) required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience within the SAP manufacturing business area.
• A minimum of 3 years with SAP ERP/SAP S/4 HANA, esp. PP in DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver project outcomes within deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream in manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from plan to closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team and adhere to implementation schedules.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud expertise with solid business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high‑quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service with milestone tracking, risks, and clear progress communications.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
