Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, design system architectures, and lead workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of SAP ERP/S4HANA PP in DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver on deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework and ensure effective processes.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Lead workshops in manufacturing spaces, recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
