Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an innovative SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud specialist to join our Technical Consulting team as a Manager in Technology Analysis. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering robust DMC and S/4HANA solutions.

You’ll lead workstreams, design workshops, manage offshore and onshore teams, and travel 40-60% to meet client needs while upholding EY’s standards of quality and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Production Planning and DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver project outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status to meet objectives.
• Lead client workshops from planning through closure.
• Lead design workshops in manufacturing, recommending S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team and schedules.
• Exhibit strong SAP DMC expertise with business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones and managing risks.
• Cultivate relationships with client personnel at all levels.
