Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join the Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system architectures across SAP environments.

You will lead workstreams, host workshops, manage a hybrid team, and drive performance through SAP DMC and S/4 HANA expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
4–6 years SAP manufacturing experience.
3+ years SAP ERP / SAP S/4 HANA PP in DMC.
Proven track record leading teams to deliver project outcomes.
Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in a manufacturing space.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
Track deliverable completion and project status; ensure alignment with objectives.
Lead client sessions, from planning through execution and closure.
Lead workshops in manufacturing space; gather requirements and recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
Manage hybrid team of offshore and onshore members; ensure timely delivery.
Exhibit strong SAP DMC expertise with solid business acumen.
Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, risks, and progress.
