Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system architectures.

You will lead workstreams, manage a hybrid team, travel 40-60%, and deliver high-quality SAP projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
Typically 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
Minimum 3 years with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA in Production Planning (PP) and DMC.
Proven track record of leading teams to deliver projects on time.
Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead workstreams and manage processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
Track deliverables and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
Design workshops in manufacturing space; recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams and ensure timely delivery.
Demonstrate strong SAP DMC expertise and business acumen.
Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects; manage risks and stakeholder communication.
Build and sustain client relationships at all levels.
