EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system architectures.

You will lead workstreams, run workshops, and manage a hybrid team across offshore and onshore members, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction in a dynamic consulting

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6 years of experience in SAP manufacturing.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP/S/4HANA PP, DMC focus.
• Proven track record leading project teams.
• Experience managing SAP projects in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery within DMC framework.
• Track progress and align with performance objectives.
• Lead client workshops from planning to closure.
• Design workshops, gather requirements, recommend S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams and schedules.
• Demonstrate SAP DMC expertise with strong business acumen.
• Oversee SAP projects and workstreams with quality delivery.
• Manage risks and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with client personnel at all levels.
