Atlantic Staffing Consultants in Raleigh, NC is seeking a DMA (Daily Maintenance Assistant) for the Night Shift at a recycling facility. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting after-hours operations when the sorting line is shut down.

Shift is 3rd: 6:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Mon–Fri with Saturdays, overtime available. Eligible candidates must be 18+, wear steel-toed boots, and can lift 25–65 lbs.

Qualifications

• Steel-toed boots required.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Clean facility machines after Lock Out Tag Out Training.
• Clean Screens, Bearings and PIT.
• Assist team members with heavy or bulky items as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by sweeping, raking, and removing debris.
• Operate the baler to bale material as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Shift & Pay for DMA Night Shift

• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Monday–Friday and almost every Saturday. Sundays as needed.
• Plenty of overtime available
• Weekly Pay
• Pay: $13.66/hr
• Overtime: $20.49/hr
• Schedule subject to change

Position Summary for DMA Night Shift

The DMA (Daily Maintenance Assistant) is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting facility operations as needed after hours when the sorting line is shut down.

Key Responsibilities for DMA Night Shift

• Cleaning facility machines after Lock Out Tag Out Training.
• Cleaning Screens, Bearings and PIT.
• Assist team members with heavy or bulky items as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements for DMA Night Shift

• Steel-toed boots or shoes required.
• Ability to lift 25–65 lbs safely.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in waste management or warehouse environments is a plus, but motivated candidates without experience are welcome—training provided.
