Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and advanced DIY service support in a full-time role across our stores in the United States.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to operate store systems and inventory processes. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Proficient with store systems and parts lookup.
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
