Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and parts knowledge. The role requires expert store systems use, automotive knowledge, and effective customer interactions.

It is a full-time position based in a retail setting across the United States. The candidate should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Able to identify parts and source from multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic basics.
• Experience with store inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing tasks.
