Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services with expert knowledge of store systems and parts.

You will assist customers in person and by phone, perform services like battery installations and wiper replacements, and help maintain inventory and store appearance. The role requires strong communication, effective use of POS and parts lookup systems, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain store appearance and safety.
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, task assignments).
• Assist in inventory processes and store cleanliness.
