Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. You'll assist customers in person and by phone, conduct services like battery installations, and help maintain store appearance and inventory.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of parts experience, strong selling skills, and the ability to use POS and parts lookup tools. A valid driver’s license is required, ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• English language skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety responsibilities.
