Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs with deep knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role includes servicing customers in-store and by phone, performing DIY services, and assisting with inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong selling skills, and the ability to operate POS and inventory systems. ASE certification is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience with inventory processes and store systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties and safety.
