Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge in-store. You will assist customers, perform battery tests and installations, and manage parts lookup while targeting sales goals and excellent service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification or readiness, and a valid driver’s license. Expect multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting with inventory support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock management.
