Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling experiences, assist DIY customers, and source parts from multiple channels. You will use store systems and POS to support sales goals while maintaining high customer service and store appearance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role serving customers across the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and use POS systems
• Able to work days/evenings/weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
