Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling for DIY customers, leveraging deep parts knowledge and store systems to identify parts and support special orders.

You will drive sales, perform DIY services, maintain a clean, safe store, and support opening/closing duties. ASE certification preferred; valid driver's license required; strong communication skills a must.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, safety).
• Assist in inventory processes and store cleanliness.
