Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling experiences to DIY customers in-store and by phone. You will support advanced automotive parts knowledge, source from multiple channels, and help maintain store inventory and operations.

The role requires strong customer service, parts lookup proficiency, and the ability to perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper changes. A valid driver’s license and ASE certification are valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
