Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries. You will master store systems, parts lookups, and automotive knowledge to identify parts and source from multiple channels.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is preferred. You will support inventory control, service tasks, and uphold safety and customer service standards in a full-time store role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, safety).
