Advance Auto Parts Inc. is looking for a Salesperson to support the DIY business, leveraging knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, meeting sales targets, and performing basic DIY services like battery and wiper installations.

The position can be part time or full time, with responsibilities spanning inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and safe part deliveries in a retail setting.

Formación

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; communicate effectively and build relationships with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs and procedures.
• Use basic math for transactions and inventory counts; handle various units of measure.
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in retail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installs and wiper replacements.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts and back stock.
• Store cleanliness; stocking; and safe delivery of parts as needed.
