Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and ability to source from multiple channels.

Part-time or full-time, with opportunities for growth in a hands-on retail environment. Responsibilities include providing excellent DIY customer service, enabling battery installations, wiper services, and other basic tasks.

Qualifications

Basic driving and navigation skills required.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Solid parts knowledge and ability to identify automotive components.
Experience with inventory processes and store equipment.
Familiarity with POS and parts lookup systems.
Ability to use diagnostic/testing equipment for DIY services.
Proficient English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

Provide outstanding sales and service to DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
Meet personal sales goals and help the store achieve its targets.
Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
Maintain store inventory and cleanliness; manage stock and back stock.
