Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source from multiple channels including stores, hubs, and external suppliers. The position can be part-time or full-time, with emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, operating the POS and inventory systems, and safely assisting customers with parts and DIY

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus; friendly communication and relationship-building with customers, peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and assist store in reaching sales targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and testing, wiper installations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store operational standards.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed; assist with stock and replenishment.
