Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and sourcing from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

Position can be part-time or full-time with a focus on providing excellent customer service, performing DIY services, and maintaining inventory accuracy. No relocation required, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and assist store goals.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
