Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives. You should have basic automotive knowledge, a grasp of store systems, and be capable of sourcing from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

The role can be part-time or full-time and requires friendly communication, basic math, and the ability to work varied shifts. You will help customers in-store and over the phone, delivering parts and DIY services as needed.

Qualificações

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach sales goals.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
