Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support DIY customers and the store’s sales goals. You will use store systems, gain basic automotive knowledge, and assist with part sourcing from various sources. The role can be part-time or full-time and emphasizes customer service and safety.

The position requires basic driving/navigation, good communication, and ability to handle inventory and basic testing/diagnostic equipment for DIY services. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

1-2 years of retail or sales experience preferred.
Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn about parts.
Ability to operate store systems and tools.
Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

Provide excellent DIY customer service in person and by phone.
Achieve personal sales goals and assist store with overall sales targets.
Perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installations as needed.
Maintain inventory, back stock, and store cleanliness.
Safely deliver parts to customers when required.
Operate POS and parts lookup systems accurately.
