Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales and service goals. You will use store systems, have basic automotive knowledge, and source parts from various channels.

The role can be part-time or full-time, with emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and performing basic DIY services. The position requires 2-3 years of retail sales experience, English fluency, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math for quantities and pricing.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal sales goals and help store hit overall targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory tasks: cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Keep store clean and organized; manage stocking.
• Deliver parts safely to customers as needed.
