Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY customers and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores and external suppliers.

The position can be part-time or full-time, with responsibilities including DIY services, inventory management, and safe part deliveries. Strong communication and basic math are essential, with English fluency and Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Basic math skills for transactions and measurements.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers via in-store and phone interactions.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet targets.
• Perform DIY services and battery testing/installation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems.
