Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY customers both in store and by phone. You will contribute to meeting sales goals while delivering high-quality service, including basic automotive tasks such as battery installations and wiper replacements.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, strong communication, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels. Flexibility to work varied days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive system knowledge.
• Basic part knowledge.
• Fleet safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
